Worldcall wireless broadband's pathetic customer service

People say a lot of things about the reliability, speed and coverage issues about the Worldcall EVDO service. But the worst thing I have encountered is their customer support. It all started when my USB device stopped functioning suddenly while connected to the internet back in July. To get it repaired or replaced, I first called their cutomer support who just logged a complaint number and advised to contact any Customer Service center in karachi. I tried two of their centers and finally came to know that I have to take the device to their Shara-e-faisal service center. Our IT department managed to drop the device at their center and after a couple days, they told the IT guy that they will update us after some lab test that will take another 4-5 days on August 3rd. Since then our IT and Admin staff has been trying to approach them without getting any appropriate response.

In short, the service just sucks. If you are planning to become one of their customers make sure that you don't have to face all these problems.
